"It was the holiday season and I was waiting for my new dryer to be delivered. However I needed my laundry cleaned before my guest came in town. I used the drop off laundry service. I was very impressed. Previously, I have used other laundry services at different locations. I must say Busy B gave superior service. My laundry was cleaned, folded and packed professionally. I couldn't make it to pick it up. The owner delivered to my home. I will definitely use Busy B again. I highly recommend the drop off service."

"Owners obviously takes pride in his business. I brought my baby and he helped me carry and load my laundry! Extremely friendly. The place looks great, best I've ever seen a laundromat. Machines work great and when they don't, he fixes it fast. Two TVs, snacks and drinks, and free wifi. I usually hate going to the laundromat but I like this place. Worth the drive from new Lenox."

"Several great changes since the new ownership took place. There are more upgraded washers and driers, and are reasonably priced. The atmosphere is brighter and more inviting, and the free WiFi and television make the stay more relaxing. The new owner is very customer focused, and seems truly appreciative of his clientele. With more upgrades to follow, such as drop off service; this has become my laundromat of choice."

"My first trip here today. Reasonable prices at $2.50, $3.75, and $5.75 a load depending on the washer size. There is plenty of seating, 2 TV's, vending machines, and wifi while you wait. I will come again in the future."

"First time here and I'm amazed at the wonderful prices!!! Everywhere I've been charges $10 for the biggest machine/ $8 for the medium and about $5 for smaller ones! And the biggest machine here is only $7.75!!!! What a great deal! Came here on a Friday at 6pm and the place was completely EMPTY! Kinda creepy, but I was okay with it since I'm a bit of a loner and don't like crowds 😊 all machines are coin operated and they have 2 change machines on site (there's also a currency exchange next door just in case you need a lot of quarters). There's a handful of modern washers which I've never seen at other laundry mats, mixed with the older models. Overall, I loved the place and will definitely make it my new place! I only come to laundry mats to wash my big comforters since they don't fit in my washer at home but will definitely be back!"
